Refund/Cancellation Policy

  

 Participant-Initiated Cancellations & Refunds

To request a cancellation and refund, you must submit a written request to jimr@ridgelinebeatstraining.com. 


Refund eligibility is determined by the amount of notice provided before the class start date:

  • 15+ Calendar Days Notice: Eligible for a 85% Refund
  • 8–14 Calendar Days Notice: Eligible for a 50% Refund
  • 7 Days or Less Notice: No refund will be issued. Cancellations in this timeframe are considered final.
  • No-Shows: If a registrant fails to attend without prior notice, the entire registration fee is forfeited.


Rescheduling & Substitutions

If you cannot attend your scheduled session but wish to remain enrolled in the course.

  • One-Time Reschedule: You may reschedule your class once if the request is made at least 14 days in advance. 


Company-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a class due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

  • Full Refund: If we cancel a class, you will receive a 100% refund of the tuition paid.
  • Travel Costs: Ridgeline Beats Training Services is not responsible for any non-refundable travel, lodging, or incidental costs incurred by the student.


Special Conditions

  • Accessing Materials: No refunds will be granted once course materials (digital or physical) have been accessed or issued.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–20 business days.
